The highest peak in Karnataka is 10kms away from our homestay. The height of Mullayanagiri is 6330 ft (1,930 meters) and it is regarded as the highest peak between Himalayas and Nilgiris. It is one of the place for trekker, the place will make you hold your breath and spoil you with the breathtaking sight and feel of oneness with the nature.

The lake is about 6kms away from our place. The lake is surrounded by high mountains. The famous hills of Mullayanagiri can be viewed from this lake. Drive to this spot is scenic and smooth and you can end up with good photoshoots and relaxing. Best time/ ideal time to visit is during sunset.

It is said to be the oldest Sufi shrine in Chikmagaluru District, Karnataka which is 20km away from our place. The Dattatreya Peeta, another name for Bababudangiri shrine comes in the district of Chikmagalur. This place is also a trekking spot for adventure lovers. Best time to visit during the winter season when the climate is cold and refreshing.

It is a hill station in Tarikere taluk of Chikkamagaluru district in the state of Karnataka which is 30km away fromour homestay. This hill is situated on the Baba Budan range, it is also known as Sri Krishnarajendra Hill Station. The main attractions of Kemmangundi are Raj Bhavan, Z point, Rock garden, Hebbe Falls, Kalhattagiri Falls, Baba Budan Hill and Bhadra Tiger Reserve.
